SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
LOCAL ORDERS
Complimentary shipping for all orders within Singapore.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We provide international shipping worldwide. Shipping Fees are at a flat rate of S$30.00
All shipments outside of Singapore may be subject to applicable charges (i.e. duties, custom tariffs, government service taxes) at the destination country. Applicable charges imposed by the destination country will be borne by the customer.
The international shipping fee is exclusive of these charges.

DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched from Singapore between Mondays to Fridays.
All orders will be packed and shipped within 48 hours and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the customer.
The orders will be delivered via courier to the customer’s premises.
Delivery is expected between 12 pm to 8 pm. Mondays to Fridays, except for public holidays.
Orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped on the following working day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN POLICY
Returns will only be accepted if your purchase is damaged, defective or wrongly delivered. Otherwise, returns for all other reasons are strictly not permitted.

You can contact us at flauntfinejewelry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you may return the item to us at our studio, or you may arrange for a return to us at a mutually convenient day and time. Please keep proof of tracking/shipping.

Return postage fees should any replacement pieces be out of stock, an exchange of another design piece (with the same value of the damaged piece) is allowed.

Shipping fee will be borned by you and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Hence, we highly recommend that you opt for trackable registered postage In the event the purchased item is damaged, kindly contact us via e-mail within 24 hours with photos of the defect jewelry piece.

Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. Flaunt reserves the right to deny any refund if merchandise does not meet the return policy requirement.

Refunds are strictly not allowed. Please consider carefully before proceeding with a purchase. Once the order has been made, there will be no refunds.

EXCHANGE POLICY
A one-time exchange of full-priced item is applicable for unworn merchandise within 5 days from date of purchase with proof of original receipt. All customised or Made-to-Order jewelry pieces will not be exchangeable nor refundable.

In the event the purchased item is damaged, kindly contact us via e-mail within 24 hours with photos of the defect jewelry piece.

Our items are mostly one-of-a kind, and may contain special pieces that vary slightly in shape, size and colour. In the event of an exchange, we will endeavour to replace the item with another piece that matches the shape, size and colour of the original piece as close as possible.
​
Should any replacement pieces be out of stock, an exchange of another design piece (with the same value of the damaged piece) is allowed.
